Once you’ve got in contact with us you’ll have your free consultation with our Managing Director, Graham Richards. Then we aim to respond with a quote within 5 working days.  

To turn your ideas into plans we’ll need a signed copy of the quote returned with a 50% deposit transferred to our bank details which are on the quote.

Depending on the design of the staircase the lead times will differ, we will give you a schedule once your order is placed. We aim to turn around standard staircases in 3-4 weeks once we receive your deposit and our final site measure.

Yes! We can supply glass panels fitted in grooves or on brackets. The final measurements of the glass are taken once the staircase is fitted, then we order it from our suppliers. We can source your ironmongery and light features and fit where appropriate.

Generally we supply only and prefer only to fit more complex staircases. We can recommend local fitters for staircases supplied on the Isle of Wight. Feel free to discuss your options with us in your consultation.
